About Us
Ulwazilwethu 4IR Development Associates is registration no. 253-113 is a public non – profit company established in 2021with sole objective of addressing inclusive and innovation future generation . We believe that our value propositions are founded on the fulfillment of the provisions of the country constitution. Hence the delivery of our product(s) and services in the communities are earmark to collaborate with Corporate Social Investments, International Donors, and individuals ,accredited Community Based Organizations (C.B.O), Non-Profit Organization’s (N.G.O), and designated Municipalities across the country.
Objectives
a) The organisation’s main objectives are to:
1. To establish Technology Step- UP™ (TSU) hubs designated in districts and municipalities. The outcome is to unleash the love of technology e.g 4IR future human resources e.g. coding and talents to the youth between the ages of 10 to 25 years.
2. To reach and empower the youth of South Africa with programs branded Step- Up™, to the world of education and job searching skills in collaboration with experience public, independent and corporate players in the sector.
3. To maximized self-employment as a key to educate, encourage and provide business training and bring business opportunities through branded Step- Up™ centers with Community Based Organization,(C.O.B) and Non- Governmental Organization(N.G.O) operating in the targeted communities.
4. To provide community based organization with train – trainer branded programme called Love Me Constitution SA™ to the Community Based Organization and Non- Profit Organization in order to build a sustainable and informed global citizens generations of tomorrow about the constitution of the country provisions.
5. To establish a programme or publication called Ground Breakers Conversation™ to ignite and inspire the youth and citizenry at large about role models from academic, entrepreneurs, sports and entertainment personality’s success stories in our country.
6. To establish a programme called Step Up Africa™ for high schools, universities and colleges for cultural and business exchange to explore Africa and winter camps re-enforce the identity of One Africa with different cultures and languages.
(b) The organisation’s secondary objectives will be to:
1. To establish farming initiatives with Community Based Organisation, Non- Profit
Organisation and Co-Operatives existing in targeted communities
2. To establish a Graduate Plus™ programme focus on post-graduate studies with strategic
Partners in the education sector
3. To establish RENAITCH Hubs to address objective 1 above
